1. Program Description
The Governing Majority Education Fund (TGMEF) SMS program provides subscribers with updates on policy solutions, legislative alerts, and educational research. This is a recurring message program.
2. Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages (SMS/MMS) from TGMEF. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and our policy update schedule.
4. Rates Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
5. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
